oh my!!! someone mentioned to me the other day they thought I was an empath.... a what I wondered thinking isn’t everyone empathic?? well after a short read and finding your podcast I get it now... I know why I am the way I am!!!! I am 48 years old and I am just figuring this out!!! I have only been open I suppose is the word to anything holistic, universal, meditative or spiritual since I became very ill around 2 years ago. so, having time to reflect which I never had before gave me time to try to know me and understand why I am so deep and just see though people and absorb everyone's energy and have to find solutions to everyone's problems. oh, my I actually can’t believe it it's like someone has pulled back these thick heavy curtains that were blocking the light. sorry about the grammar and waffling I just feel totally uplifted and happy. thank you so very much!!! I resonate with all of the 27 things you spoke of! but more than that so does my daughter who has had some struggles. hopefully this will now allow a way forward. so grateful for your podcast!!!! hope you are having a wonderful day! much love and many thanks!!!!
