As Human Beings we are renowned at escaping anything that feels uncomfortable and our body is no different, just think of all the coping techniques or addictions in the world.
They are all just ways to move away from the uncomfortable feeling and in this video I teach you a technique with EFT Tapping to help you to bring safety into your mind and body as you feel uncomfortable sensations.
It is a simple yet powerful technique to support your nervous system.
Tapping on each point and saying "IT IS SAFE FOR ME TO FEEL THESE SENSATIONS IN MY BODY"
