This week on Radically Loved we delve back into a meaningful conversation with Neuroscientist, Nicole Vignola, to explore the topics of negative bias, habits, visualization, growth mindset, and fear of failure. Nicole explains that humans have a negativity bias due to evolutionary reasons, but we can change our automatic patterns by acknowledging them and practicing new responses. She reminds us that fear never really leaves us, but we can get better at dealing with it by gradually exposing ourselves to discomfort and gaining evidence that we can overcome challenges.

If you're ready to embrace failure, and gain evidence that you can overcome it, this episode is for you!

Three reasons to listen to the whole podcast:

1. Learn why negativity bias has evolved over time and how we can change our automatic patterns by acknowledging them and practicing new responses.
2. Discover why allowing children to experience discomfort and failure is important for their development of resilience.
3. Learn to cope with failure as an essential tool for personal growth and adaptability.
