This week Jess introduces her “Mind to Body” Reset challenge, involving regular journaling exercises to help participants break through limiting beliefs keeping them from what they most desire in life! Rye shares her experience doing the journaling exercises, and Jess provides on-air coaching to help Rye get to the root of some of the insecurities she’s been discovering throughout this process.
