Laura is a graduate of the Southern California University of Health Sciences, an accredited university of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). She completed her herbalist training by an intimate apprenticeship at the Anima Botánica School of Harmonic Herbalism.
Laura specializes in women's health and postpartum care. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic healing, she combines the ancient principles of Ayurveda with modern knowledge to support women in their journey to wellness.
She is the owner of Lantana Wellness, a brick-and-mortar Ayurvedic healing practice serving the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas. Through both in-person and virtual care options, she empowers people to rewrite their health stories. Her personalized approach focuses on restoring balance and vitality, helping women navigate the transformative phases of life and motherhood. Laura is also currently a resident practitioner at Den Mother Wellness in Venice Beach, where she offers Ayurvedic care and bodywork.
