Michelle Weihman is a nurse with over 30 years of experience, a bestselling author, and an empowerment coach. She blends her nursing wisdom with transformative coaching to help women create lives they love. Together with her husband, she hosts speaking events like the upcoming Heart-Centered Summit, empowering speakers to share not just their stories but their hearts. With her second book launching in December, Michelle is a passionate advocate for self-care, resilience, and gratitude in every season of life. Michelle's Notes from the Sidelines:

  1. We assume people don't know about our shit because we look normal.
  2. These things happened FOR ME not TO ME, so I can help others.
  3. Abusive men are domestic terrorists; you are supposed to be safe at home.
  4. There's always something to be grateful for; you can choose to look outside and see clouds, or you can see that it's beautiful.
  5. You can retrain your brain to be grateful. It's creating new pathways.
  6. Gratitude homework: Set an alarm on your phone that says "Gratitude," say things you're grateful for when you wake up, write 3 things you're grateful for every night, and try the 5 Whys.
