Through bodybuilding, Erin not only achieved recovery but also uncovered a passion for gut and hormonal health, focusing on optimizing health from the inside out. Today, she helps clients achieve sustainable and balanced fitness goals, specializing in women’s health, gut and hormonal health, and coaching both competitive athletes and lifestyle transformation clients.
