I interviewed the delightful Emma Walkinshaw as to why 21 minutes of morning magic can easily set you up for your day ahead. Emma knew she would one day write a book, but never knew what about, until she followed her intuitive guidance to write the book "365 Days of Morning Magic," a guide to living with clarity and purpose to complement the Morning Magic routine that she passionately and lovingly guides her students through online.
We also talk about Emma’s love for holding retreats and why she is now leading & guiding women through a powerful personal development process on retreat in India!
Emma Walkinshaw is a Transformational Coach, Accredited Yoga Instructor, and dynamic entrepreneur dedicated to empowering women. She founded the "21 Minutes of Morning Magic," the "Embody Me Program," and the hosted "Body Love Revolution Online Summit," and hosts the "Wholehearted Retreat." With a decade of ICF-certified coaching experience and over 1,000 hours of yoga teaching, she helps women elevate their self-awareness, challenge toxic diet culture, and embrace their authentic selves.
