Hannah Seadschlag is a full time mom to two girls, one of whom was born with Down Syndrome. Hannah walks us through the uncertain time when she learned of her daughter's diagnosis. Hannah just wanted to know what life would be like with her daughter, but she couldn't find what she needed. She and three other families have started a youtube channel, "The Ups and Downs" to help other families navigate through a Down Syndrome diagnosis, and what life looks like for these families.
