"The Rock" (1996) is an action thriller directed by Michael Bay. The film stars Sean Connery as a former British spy, Nicolas Cage as an FBI chemical weapons expert, and Ed Harris as a rogue general who seizes Alcatraz Island and threatens San Francisco with chemical weapons. The plot revolves around a mission to infiltrate the island and neutralize the threat.
