Basket Case (1982) is a horror-comedy film following Duane Bradley, a young man who arrives in New York City carrying a mysterious wicker basket. Inside is his deformed, vengeful conjoined twin, Belial, whom he was forcibly separated from at birth. As the two embark on a bloody quest to seek revenge on the doctors responsible for their separation, the film explores themes of family, vengeance, and the grotesque in a darkly humorous way.
