The entertainment industry is a tough field to work in, it is filled with stereotypes and a lack of diversity. However, change is on the way as well as equal opportunities across all media platforms! There are a lot of ups, downs, highs and lows but I believe that this industry is a vehicle that creates culture. During my conversation with Actor Malcolm A.
