Flipping the chairs on our recent epic conversation on The Life Stylist episode 548, Beth Martens and I sat down to chat on her show, the King Hero’s Journey.

Spirituality was a central theme of our conversation—specifically how prayer, connecting with a higher power, and the application of timeless spiritual principles helped me to reach maturity and laid the foundation for me to begin working consciously with psychedelic medicines.

I share how they helped me thaw out some frozen patterns of intimacy dysfunction, and why I retain a healthy respect for them.

Our chat is bookended by our thoughts about where we are as a culture and our assessment of where humanity is headed as duality seems to be getting more and more intense.

We conclude that despite how the media can warp our perceptions of what’s true, the capacity to break free of our programming and raise our level of consciousness might have never been greater than it is in this moment.
