Jodi Flynn is the founder of Luma Coaching. After a successful career in Mutual Fund Operations as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Quality, Jodi Flynn set off on a new adventure and founded Luma Coaching. Her specialty is partnering with business leaders who experience self-doubt and overwhelm to overcome stress, get organized, and start creating the business and the lifestyle they dreamed of having.

Jodi Flynn' Life Purpose
  • To wake herself and others up to their divinity so we can live powerful, fulfilling lives of choice.
Life Purpose Ah-Ha Moments
  • Jodi Flynn made the decision to quit pursuing her psychology degree, even though she was only 3 units away from completion. She took an entry level job to pay her bills, at which, she was promoted 5 times within 6 years. Her initial decision to leave an environment she did not love lead her to an environment she thrived in. This unexpected transition was the first of many experiences in which Jodi Flynn would pursue what made her happy and trust in God that opportunities were sure to follow.
Major Life Events that Hinted at Your Life Purpose
  • Working in the corporate world did not bring Jodi Flynn full happiness.
  • Although Jodi Flynn had thoughts of quitting her job, getting fired from her corporate job was the push that helped her find a career that aligned with her purpose.
  • As a child, Jodi longed to be an alter server but was denied the opportunity because she was a girl. This experience inspired Jodi to empower women and eventually founded the Women Taking The Lead Podcast.
Spiritual Belief
  • Grew up Irish Catholic
  • Believes we are God living on a physical plane. When we realize we are divine beings, we operate at a higher vibration and can more easily attract and live out our life purpose.
