Joi Dickerson-Neal has accused Sean "Diddy" Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 1991 when she was a 19-year-old college student. In her lawsuit, she claims that Diddy intentionally drugged her during a dinner in Harlem, incapacitated her, and then sexually assaulted her. Additionally, she alleges that Diddy secretly recorded the assault and shared the footage with associates. Diddy's legal team has sought to dismiss parts of the lawsuit, arguing that some of the laws referenced did not exist at the time of the alleged incident.
In this episode, we take a look at those allegations.
