Justice for Abby and Libby – Richard Allen Sentenced to 130 Years

In this episode of The Collier Landry Show, we cover the sentencing of Richard Allen, convicted of the 2017 Delphi Murders of Abigail “Abby” Williams (13) and Liberty “Libby” German (14). An Indiana judge handed Allen a 130-year sentence—65 years for each murder, served consecutively. While this verdict brings a sense of closure, Allen maintains his innocence, and his attorneys plan to appeal.

Healing as a Survivor of Violent Crime

As a survivor of violent crime, I reflect on the healing process after such tragedies. Justice is a step, but true healing involves processing the pain, honoring loved ones, and finding strength to move forward. Abby and Libby’s story is a powerful reminder of resilience and the importance of community in that journey.
