Pindaan POCA dibentangkan pada sidang Parlimen akan datang
Timbalan Menteri Dalam Negeri, Datuk Seri Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah berkata, pindaah Akta Pencegahan Jenayah 1959 (POCA) dapat dibentangkan pada sidang Parlimen akan datang.
Beliau berkata, pindaan itu dibuat susulan keputusan Mahkamah Persekutuan pada April 2022 bahawa Seksyen 4 dan 15B akta tersebut bercanggah dengan Perlembagaan Persekutuan.
Beliau menjawab soalan Ahli Parlimen Raub, Chow Yu Hui mengenai garis masa bagi meminda POCA pada sesi soal jawab lisan di Dewan Rakyat pada Rabu.
