MOMs today's episode is a frequently discussed topic, PLAYING TIME. Many of us have sat and watched our child struggle with the amount of time played in the game; and tried to help them navigate the emotions that accompany. Our guest for this episode shares her expertise as a former High School Coach and Assistant Principal of Arlington High School; and her uniquely qualified perspective as a former College Basketball Player and Sports MOM of a Division 1 Volleyball Player. In this episode we get into the minds of the coaches, and explains the HOW MUCH… behind playing time. We break down expectations per athletic level, and how to talk to coaches about playing time. Last but not least Tasha gets honest and shares advice to Sports MOMs on what their role should be during what can be a growing frustration.
