A transgender woman named Sonya contacted Pride in Protest's Damien from Villawood Immigration Detention saying that she would be deported tomorrow.

In this episode, Damien recounts to Melissa his chat with Sonya the day after her deportation. They reflect on the issues Sonya experienced - profiled, detained, and deported by the Australian Border Force during the Mardi Gras season, and discuss racist, transphobic, and whorephobic border policies.
