Today’s guest is Dave Nelson, founder and owner of Truffle and Thyme, luxury hampers and grazing boxes. Dave grew up in a foodie household, enjoyed boarding school dinners and his love of food has continued to influence his entire working life. His flourishing business grew out of Covid which like many, turned his world upside down. He loves to cook food at home and still finds it therapeutic despite cooking and running his business.
