In this episode, I talk about the real reasons why most digital nomads can't seem to stop or slow down even when they're burned out.
I recently slowed down with travel partly due to burnout and partly because I needed to put some things in order in my life and business and this gave me some time to reflect and have conversations with other nomads on some of the challenges faced when trying to slow down from travel.
