If you are looking to burn stubborn fat in a matter of days, I’m going to share a 4 step protocol that I’ve used on hundreds of clients.

It’s important to follow these steps in the order they are presented.

Step #1: Drink green tea with caprylic acid first thing in the morning.

Step #2: A cold shower or cold plunge
