In this episode, I talk to Joey Thurman, a health, fitness, and nutrition expert and a trainer for celebrities, A-listers, and millionaires. He has appeared on numerous television shows as a fitness expert and his advice has been featured in a host of well-known publications including People Magazine. He's a well-known adviser on all things related to fitness.
I am a big believer that our overall health and well-being play a big role in our overall energy and presence. The power of your presence comes from the balance of your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical energy. Part of that physical energy is your health and fitness.
So many of you listening are busy leaders with endless responsibilities both at work and at home.
