The High Court in Pretoria has postponed a crucial application regarding the fate of hundreds of illegal miners trapped underground at a Stilfontein mine in the North West. The case will now be heard on Tuesday. The court ruled that the mine, used by suspected illegal miners must be unblocked. This decision is expected to aid in the ongoing rescue efforts which resume today. The situation remains dire for the scores of miners still trapped underground, with concerns over food, water, and safety mounting. For the latest development, Elvis Presslin spoke to Mametlwe Sebei, a Human Rights Lawyer and President of the General Industries Workers Union of South Africa (Giwusa)
