Leh and Todd take on the rules of evidence. More specifically, they discuss the exceptions to the hearsay rule. Hearsay is somewhat straightforward: It is an out of court statement that goes to the truth of the matter asserted. What makes this simple rule complicated are all the exceptions to this rule. In order to properly introduce your evidence in Court, you have to know these rules. But, Leh and Todd do their best to point out the ones your will most likely encounter in a divorce case and what you need to know about them.
