Remove politics from gun control and start real debates. Gather the best minds on these gun issues to study and propose policy. Gather the top terrorism experts to study and propose policy. Gather lawmakers to streamline our ability to target known threats. It's time to get tough and be more aggressive toward domestic terrorism.
