On the other is the linen-wearing, cacao-sipping ‘bro coaches’ preaching vulnerability without direction. Both camps are missing the damn point.

This isn’t some ‘masculine energy coaching’ chat, I’m not here for that. These are raw, personal observations on how these extremes are leaving men confused, diluted, and disconnected.
