NASA is paving the way for human exploration of the Moon—starting with robots! 🤖🌕 In this interview, the Carolina Weather Group’s James Brierton speaks with Dr. Nicky Fox, Associate Administrator for NASA’s Science Mission Directorate, about the upcoming landings of Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost Mission 1 and Intuitive Machines’ IM-2 mission.

🤖 Meet “Grace” the Micro Nova Hopper: Intuitive Machines is deploying a revolutionary hopping robot designed to explore shadowed craters where ice may be hidden. Using advanced sensors, Grace will scan for hydrogen (a key water indicator), take temperature readings, and transmit its findings over Nokia’s lunar communications network. 📡
