In this episode we talk about HOW leaders can deal with Toxic high performers int he team. We are finding that leaders shy away from addressing concerns out of fear that they may demotivate the high performer if issues are addressed. However, this toxic way of working creates an environment where the wrong behaviours are rewarded and the morale in the team suffers. People think that this behaviour is what they should also follow which ultimately leads to poor performance overall and loss of productivity.
