Host, Teneshia Carr is a serial entrepreneur. Founder of Blanc magazine and now the creative agency BabyRobot, Inc., photographer and creative director, contributor to Inc. Magazine, Black lady.
Cohost, Scott Omelianuk is my partner at BabyRobot, also a founder, a professor of marketing and entrepreneurship and the former editor in Chief of Inc. Business Media, where he asked me to build a community for Black woman founders called All the Hats.
