My guest this time out is Cory Hill, an extremely gifted singer songwriter who is based in Indiana. He has a new album entitled All Roads Home, which is due to drop on September 6th. He is marking the occasion with an album release show at the legendary Jazz Kitchen in Indianapolis.
We spend time discussing several of the songs on the album and how the album came to fruition. As well, we talk about his musical path and musical influences that have led him to this new album. His songs pull from the stream of everyday life...relationships, family, daily struggles, fears, and ultimately hope and personal transformation.
Song clips in the podcast from the new album:
"Part Time Heart" (intro)
"Don't Come Calling" (19:05)
"Sunshine From Blue" (22:51)
"Wishing Well" (26:00)
"All That You Need" (32:03)
