Two heartbroken parents are calling on the New South Wales Government to urgently investigate the shock death of their 16-month-old daughter in childcare. Ariana Maragol was dropped off at a centre in Sydney's northwest but never came home. Her devastated parents fear their tragedy could strike another family unless immediate action is taken.
