New Interactive Trail Highlights One of Indiana’s First Black Settlements. The Indiana Court of Appeals says the State of Indiana has jurisdiction over TikTok. Two current school board members are unopposed for their seats on the Decatur Township school board for the November election. A recent report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture shows that 2.8 million Indiana households experienced food insecurity last year. Eli Lilly announced this week it will invest another four-point-five billion dollars into a new facility at the state’s controversial LEAP district in central Indiana.
