You might not think of the Army as having a big need for watercraft. But it does. Like when it has to move tanks from point A to point B. In fact, the demand for watercraft is rising, but the Army's fleet is shrinking. The Government Accountability Office has a few recommendations for what's becoming a critical problem. The GAO's director of defense capabilities and management issues, Diana Maurer, joins me now.
