I highlight one of my favorite passages from one of my favorite books and why I found it worth sharing! My hope is others go and read the whole book for themselves or at least Walk away with one nugget or insight. the ideal is one idea leading to an action that makes a difference and preferably becomes a new good habit with lasting positive impact.
