Shady J is a Drum and Bass DJ originally from Indiana who is currently residing in Okinawa, Japan. He’s played in San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago, South Bend, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Washington DC, Tampa, Okinawa, and New Delhi. His sets include new and old Techstep and Neurofunk with the occasional Tearout, Liquid, and scratching. He began dj'ing Happy Hardcore in 2000 before transitioning into Techstep Drum and Bass in 2001. He's been doing Drum and Bass ever since. He's been known to also play Electro House, Hip Hop, 90s, Trap, and Dubstep. He’s been producing Drum and Bass and Hip Hop since 2016 and has a Bachelors Degree in Music Production and Sound Design from Berklee College of Music in Boston. #drumandbass #techstep #neurofunk
