Since I've been thinking a lot about my future life, I've been thinking "What job do I want?"
I think I want to be a fiction author or something in the music industry (not anything singing, maybe a songwriter possibly or EDM, most likely around house music). If you have a job, what job do you have? If not, what jjob do you want?

well if you need to make a living you will take any job other than your dream job to be honest

personally i like to go back working on the public library but there is no vacant position there for a long time now

back in college i dream to be a programmer since i graduated with that degree, but it never happen and i ended up with factory jobs, office jobs, and shipyard job

That's true. I would really do anything for money as long as I was getting enough.
I honestly believe that if I don't get any of these jobs I'll join the military or work in an office job.

I wish to be a professional dank memer and get paid to make fun of kids in hospital.

My current job is cleaning dishes.
Why are we still here? Just to suffer? Every night, I can feel my leg... and my arm... even my fingers. The body I've lost... the comrades I've lost... won't stop hurting... It's like they're all still there. You feel it, too, don't you? I'm gonna make them give back our past."

As of late, I'm working as a tutor and ALT-like which gets me by well enough. There's certainly better paying jobs out there but I'm too invested into helping people learn that it'd be pretty hard to leave.

I'm planning on becoming an electrician. I'm currently working as a dishwasher.

@OP You should consider getting a real job as anything in the entertainment business will only get you beer money if you're not lucky.

You'd be more likely to get "00" twice in a row than you would be to make a living as an author or a musician.

I want to be a space explorer, but the last five years I've settled as a part time pub philosopher. I do have a degree on factory engineering, but I haven't worked on that job for even one day.

Realistically speaking though, I'm not going to work ever again, at least not officially. Only occasional dark jobs for cash or goods.

OP, I think you ( and everyone else who needs to know) should do a Myers-Briggs personality Type Assessment together with a John Hollins Career Type Assessment.

This will give you your field of work that best fits you. Then you do not have to waste any time on things that are not for you, and you can have re-assurance that you are on the right tram.
idk about you but the closer a girl gets to looking like ronald mcdonald, the more aroused i become. CAV

where can we cast our eyes to @PoruMairu who thinks of himself a member of the true church. Helion.

I went to college to become a secondary education teacher. Currently I work as a full time care giver. Essentially I'm a glorified baby sitter...or adult sitter depending on the clients. I've been considering getting my CNA so I can make more and possibly work in a nursing home instead of on a private basis. I kinda fell into this job because of necessity and my skills. I took care of my elderly grandmother and I have experience with kids so I can fluctuate between those two populations well enough. I don't really have a dream job. I am not even totally sure this is what I want to do. It pays the bills.

Currently working as a math tutor for elementary-to-high-school students. I'm starting university next year and hopefully will go to med school after that, with the ultimate goal of becoming a neurologist. If med school ends up not happening then I'm still a neuroscience major, so I'll probably go into research.
Sometimes I feel like an idealistic person though because honestly doing those things will probably be more difficult to accomplish than I can imagine. Getting into med school alone seems to be such a challenge...

I did something like this on a career orientation course and it told me my most suited profession is a hatter.

I work at office. My job usually handle some paper administration. Boring as hell. I want to have job that could trigger some changes in my life. Like in anime, some burning passion run thru and feel a meaning for it. I graduated majoring computer science but I even can not make a simple programming. And my current job don't need any related skills to my major. Maybe because I studied at third rate college, or maybe I'm not skilled enough.

Since I graduated, I already worked at many companies, changing jobs many times. I've been thru life when I don't have a jobs, no income and live a shameful life. Even so, I still want to find a job that could bring me a passion, a feeling that could make me proud of my self.

I'm 26 years old now and current I have plan to save money, to bring me to med school. Maybe learning something that could help other people could fill the emptyness at my heart
